America’s race to build the next generation of nuclear energy is accelerating at Texas A&M-RELLIS, where The Texas A&M University System signed agreements with Terrestrial Energy Inc. to advance the development of its planned small modular reactor.

City offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. Residential solid waste and brush/bulky routes will be picked up as normal, while most city facilities will be closed.
