Live Tree Safety Disposal
When you’re ready to dispose of your live Christmas tree, remove all decorations, along with the metal or plastic stands, and place it at the curb on your regularly scheduled brush and bulky day for free disposal. Ensure the tree is placed at least 5 feet from fixed objects.

Fireworks are Illegal in Bryan
In the City of Bryan, possessing, storing, selling, using, or discharging fireworks of any kind is prohibited. This includes consumer fireworks such as firecrackers, smoke bombs, fountains, sparklers, poppers, and Roman candles. Fireworks are also illegal in College Station.
By avoiding fireworks, you’ll not only be abiding by the law but you’ll also be giving your neighbors, military veterans, and furry friends a break this holiday season. If you notice fireworks being discharged in your neighborhood, you can report it to the Bryan Police Department’s non-emergency line at 979-361-3888.
