- Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the maintenance of pavement markings, advance warning signs, trees, and vegetation for the South Brazos Avenue railroad crossing upon completion of a Section 130 upgrade of the railroad crossing by Union Pacific Railroad.
- Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute necessary documents for submission of a specified application to the Brazos Valley Council of Governments for the Office of the Governor Homeland Security Law Enforcement Terrorism Protection Activities Grant Program.
- Resolution and Asset Purchase Agreement between the City of Bryan and the Texas Municipal Power Agency
- First Amendment to the Service Agreement for security services at Travis Bryan Midtown Park with TNT Security Services, LLC, for a term through April 15, 2029 in an amount not to exceed $603,587.
- Second Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between the City of Bryan and Legacy BTX Holding, L.P. to allow the developer to be reimbursed for a portion of the costs associated with off-site public drainage improvements
- Authorize the Mayor to execute the documents necessary to purchase the sewer easement from Willis Hicks and Billie O. Hicks Family Trust (Hicks Family Trust) for a not to exceed amount of $187,500 plus closing costs.
- Denial of a refund of penalties and interest in the amount of $214.82 paid to the City of Bryan for delinquent ad valorem tax.
- Refund penalties and interest in the amount of $5,638.37 paid to the City of Bryan for delinquent ad valorem tax.
Statutory
- Purchase a replacement Solid Waste Container Haul Truck from Bryan Freightliner through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program for a not to exceed amount of $131,901.
- Ordinance amendment (Chapter 2, 62, 98, 110 and 130) to revise standards for deadlines to appeal staff, board, and commission decisions and providing details regarding the failure of a board, commission or council to act.
- Resolution for an easement release request of several public utility easements encumbering approximately 4,750 square feet across property adjoining west side of Lake Atlas Drive and southwest of North Shore Drive, currently located within The Traditions Subdivision.
- Resolution amending an agreement that was executed on May 24, 2019, addressing the development of 74.825 acres adjoining the northeast side of Silver Hill Road, generally east of Highway 47, permitting construction of a single-family home and accessory structure on the property as well as connecting to the city’s water system without annexation, and conveying sewer and temporary construction easements and public right-of-way to the city.
