The City of Bryan and The Texas A&M University System have mutually decided not to proceed with the construction of a shared-use, indoor tennis and multipurpose facility at Travis Bryan Midtown Park.
Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) is thrilled to announce the relocation of its administrative headquarters to a new facility designed to better serve the community and support future expansion. The 39,242-square-foot, two-story building is located on a 4-acre site adjacent to the Bryan Regional Athletic Complex at 2611 N. Earl Rudder Fwy, Bryan, TX 77803. The facility will officially open to the public on Monday, Feb. 10.
The City of Bryan will repurpose BTU’s former administrative building to address space needs for city departments experiencing growth. This transition reflects both BTU’s and the city’s shared commitment to fostering innovation and supporting Bryan’s development.
“The relocation of BTU’s headquarters represents a significant milestone, positioning the utility company to better serve the community while contributing to the continued growth of Bryan,” General Manager, Gary Miller said. “The new facility will deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency to the local community and citizen owners of Bryan.”
