Latest updates on Travis Bryan Midtown Park

At their June 8, 2021 meeting, the City Council approved the construction contracts for the first part of a walking trail that will eventually surround the perimeter of the park, and for an extension to Midtown Park Boulevard that will complete the thoroughfare through the park from Villa Maria Road to Williamson Drive.

MetroNet bringing fiberoptic services to Bryan

The City of Bryan and MetroNet today announced a Memorandum of Understanding that will soon bring MetroNet’s 100 percent fiberoptic internet, TV and phone services to businesses and residents. The MOU will allow MetroNet to invest more than $XX million to the community and bring an additional choice of fiber to the premise directly to Bryan residents and businesses.
