This park is named after Bob Cherry who donated funds towards development of the playground at Johnson Elementary School into a neighborhood park. Amenities include a large playground unit, swings, a 1/3 mile walking/jogging trail, practice baseball/ softball backstops and soccer goals, a basketball court, a small picnic shelter, and a 6 hole disc golf course (beginner level).
