Gather your baskets and get ready for a weekend of egg-citement with two free, fun-filled Easter events for the whole family! From traditional egg hunts to an unforgettable helicopter egg drop, these family-friendly events promise fun for all ages.

Blue Bunny Egg Hunt: April 12
The festivities begin Saturday, April 12, from 9 to 11 a.m. at
Sue Haswell Memorial Park with the
Blue Bunny Egg Hunt. Activities include an egg hunt, face painting, train rides, inflatables, Bryan Police Department vehicle displays, and photos with the Easter Bunny. A light breakfast will also be available while supplies last.The egg hunts will be organized by age group:
- 9:30 a.m.: Ages 0 – 3
- 9:45 a.m.: Ages 4 – 6
- 10 a.m.: Ages 7 – 9
Photos with the Easter Bunny will be available from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own cameras to capture the moment. Parking is available within the park, and leashed pets are welcome. A shuttle service will not be provided.
This event is presented by the City of Bryan’s Parks and Recreation Department and Police Department.
Heli Hop Egg Drop: April 13
The fun continues Sunday, April 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at
Travis Fields in Travis Bryan Midtown Park with the
Heli Hop Egg Drop. This unique event features a helicopter dropping eggs filled with candy and small prizes for children to collect on the fields. The egg drop will take place at noon, and children in Pre-K through 5th grade are invited to participate.Other activities include photos with the Easter Bunny, concessions, and a local vendor market. Vendors interested in participating can
register for free by 10 a.m. Thursday, April 10.
