Pendleton Drive will be closed at the intersection of FM 158/Boonville Road to Beacon Heights for road repairs from Sept. 10 to Oct. 15.
Traffic will be detoured to University Drive and Oakmont Boulevard to access the open portion of Pendleton Drive. Please reference the detour map.
While the Residence at Oakmont Apartments’ entrance area is under construction, the complex can be accessed from Appalachian Trail. This phase of the construction is expected to last the first two weeks of the project. Once this section is complete, the apartment entrance will be reopened allowing residents to enter and exit off Pendleton Drive. However, no thru traffic will be allowed, since the intersection at FM 158/Boonville Road will remain closed during the duration of the project.
