Holiday Closure Contact
The call center is closed on all City of Bryan office holidays. During holiday closures, refer to the holiday contact information below for support.
For non-emergency requests please submit a service request to our Help Bryan online report form here. These requests will be handled on the next Monday-Friday business day.
